When a leading performance marketing agency came to me, they were running campaigns across more than ten email and outreach platforms with no centralized system connecting them. I built the automation layer that tied everything together.

The Problem

Each platform had its own audience lists, its own campaign logic, and its own reporting. Leads were being duplicated across systems, audience segments were out of sync, and there was no automated way to route a lead from initial capture through qualification to the right nurturing sequence.

The manual overhead was enormous. Team members spent hours each week exporting and importing lists, checking for duplicates, and trying to ensure that a lead who entered through one channel was not receiving conflicting messages from another.

The Solution

I designed a comprehensive automation architecture using Make.com that connected every platform into one cohesive system.

Audience List Syncing - Automated workflows keep contact lists synchronized across all platforms in real time. When a lead is added or updated in one system, the change propagates everywhere it needs to go.

Multi-Channel Lead Nurturing - Leads are automatically routed into the appropriate nurturing sequence based on their source, behavior, and qualification score.

Intent Data Triggers - Behavioral signals - such as email opens, link clicks, page visits, and form submissions - trigger automated actions across platforms.

Campaign Orchestration - SmartLead and ReachInbox outreach campaigns are triggered and managed through automated workflows, with results flowing back into the central CRM for unified reporting.

Lead Scoring and Routing (DCA) - Automated lead scoring assigns value based on engagement and demographic fit. High-scoring leads are routed directly to sales through GoHighLevel.
