Command Center: Run client delivery from a shared operating workspace.

Command Center brings client ownership, lifecycle milestones, service context and report review into a shared agency workspace. Teams can follow the client journey, inspect provider collection results and move the next handoff forward with clear responsibility.

What it does

  • Client and staff ownership linked to lifecycle milestones, services and activity.
  • Provider collection receipts and data-gap visibility alongside client reporting.
  • Versioned report review with role-based access and separately scoped company knowledge.

Why it matters

Gives account teams a common place to understand client status, assign responsibility and review delivery readiness.

Build note

Sales, onboarding and reports. One command center.
Source & context

Historical implementation records and dated route tests.

Eight operating views plus two read-only configuration views were checked. This is not a live client workspace or production acceptance.

One client record instead of a status hunt

The operating problem is scattered context: who owns the client, what stage they are at, which provider evidence is available and what needs a review decision. The command-center layer brings those questions together rather than asking a rep to reconstruct them from separate screens.

Show the real operating views

The local interface includes lifecycle, dashboard, clients, milestones, services, email drafts, activity and read-only reporting views. Provider setup, sends and actions that require a real connection remain unavailable in this private walkthrough.

Keep evidence and approval separate

A provider badge or saved draft is not proof that the client outcome is complete. A person still reviews missing evidence and client-facing reports before treating the handoff as ready.

What the buyer gets

The deliverable is a clearer operating workspace and its ownership/review path. Replaced subscriptions, rep hours and revenue gains need their own before-and-after records.

Inside the system

  • Client ownership Links client and staff records to the responsible account owner.
  • Provider receipts Keeps collection results and missing data visible.
  • Versioned reports Gives a reviewer a specific draft and checks delivery prerequisites.
  • Scoped knowledge Separates private ingestion from reviewed shared context.

The handoff

  • Client ownership and access boundaries
  • Collection receipts and data-gap handling
  • Versioned report review
  • Source-scoped knowledge requirements
